Credit Card payment - through the website at www.cmc-management.com, select Homeowners/Pay Online from the menu and follow the instructions. 

Payments made by check - should be made payable to “POCA” and mailed with your assessment coupon to:  Piney Orchard CA, P.O. Box 61148, Phoenix, AZ  85082-1148 (Please include your CMC account number on your check)
